By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Micro Facture, our precision machining and manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, industries served and related services.

If these Website Terms conflict with an executed written agreement between you and Micro Facture, the executed written agreement will control with respect to the subject matter it covers.

Submitting an inquiry, request for quotation, drawing, purchase order or other communication does not obligate Micro Facture to accept the work or create a customer, supplier, contractual or fiduciary relationship.

  • An independent legal obligation

If confidentiality is required, please request and complete an appropriate nondisclosure agreement before providing sensitive information.

9. Information You Provide

By providing information to Micro Facture, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You are authorized to provide it

  • Its submission does not violate any law, contract, intellectual-property right or confidentiality obligation

MICRO FACTURE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY.

This disclaimer applies to the Website only. Warranties applicable to manufactured products or services, if any, will be governed by the relevant written quotation, order acknowledgment or contract.

14. Limitation of Liability
