Founded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 2001, Micro Facture is a woman-owned, family-run precision manufacturer specializing in complex machined components and mechanical assemblies.

We specialize in exacting, complex, and technologically advanced manufacturing - but none of it would be possible without our people. Our machinists, engineers, production team, and quality department work together to solve difficult manufacturing challenges - from early manufacturability review and prototyping through repeat production, outside processing, inspection, and assembly.

We have grown by investing in capable people, multi-axis machining, Wire EDM, automation, and inspection technology. Just as important, we have built long-standing customer relationships by communicating directly, protecting customer requirements, and consistently delivering work our customers can rely on.
