At Micro Facture, our machinists, engineers, production team, and quality team work together to manufacture complex components that require close tolerances and repeatability.

Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, we provide precision CNC machining, multi-axis turning and milling, 5-axis CNC machining, Wire EDM, automated production, and mechanical assembly for aerospace, defense, firearms, energy, semiconductor, and commercial customers.

We work with our customers from the first prototype through ongoing production, coordinating machining, qualified outside processing, inspection documentation, and assembly along the way. Everything we produce is supported by our AS9100D / ISO 9001-certified quality management system.

Our machinists use multi-axis CNC machining and Wire EDM to produce complex, tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, firearms, energy, and other high-reliability applications - from prototype through production.

  • Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and small-hole EDM capabilities support intricate profiles, tight internal features, fine details, and precision components manufactured from electrically conductive materials.

    Equipment includes:

    • Sodick AQ327L Wire EDM
    • Sodick K1C Small-Hole Drilling EDM
    • Typical Wire EDM tolerance: ±0.0002″

    Wire EDM is well suited for hardened materials, complex contours, narrow slots, precision openings, and components requiring excellent dimensional control without introducing conventional cutting forces.
