Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machined Aluminum Cooling Plates for Defense Industry

At Micro Facture, LLC we utilized machining capability to manufacture cooling plates for the defense industry. Overall part dimensions were 38 x 19 x ¾ inches and the tightest tolerances were ±0.005 inches. We used highly skilled workers and advanced technology mills for making cooling plates.

The cooling plates were constructed from aluminum. After the production process was complete, we checked all the plates using CMM equipment. We shipped the goods to their Lancaster, Pa. facility with a turnaround time of up to 4 weeks. We were very passionate about that project as it highlighted our engineering and production size capabilities. The special feature of these plates is the amount of machining that went into the parts.

As a full service manufacturing provider, we completed this project with our excellent communication, capability and flexibility for changes. This project also showcases our teamwork as it involved a diverse set of personnel from programmer, machinist, operator and inspector. Manufactured and Assembled Aluminum and Stainless Steel Armstrong Inspection Table for Manufacturing

At Micro Facture, LLC we utilized manufacturing and assembly capabilities to make Armstrong Inspection Table. High-end machineries, such as mills and lathes, were used during our manufacturing process. We have built this table especially for manufacturing applications.

Overall part dimensions were 85 x 40 x 60 inches and the tightest tolerances were ±0.003 inches. The Armstrong Inspection Table was made from aluminum and stainless steel materials with an anodized finish. We offered a turnaround time of 6 months and delivered to various divisions.
